Constant error while trying to change Timestamp attributes for folders

I am trying to change the Created Date of about 38 folders, using the Timestamp rule and the pattern "<Year>-<Month>-<Day>" from the folder name.

When I load the folders in AREN and press Start Batch, I get the following error, which is a generic "(101) Unknown Error" for all folders :

On closing the error box and pressing Start Batch again, I get the following error:

I have been getting this consistently for a week now and I have about 150+ folders that need the Created Date to be changed. I would really want to know how to get rid of this error, and if this is related to some kinda folder permissions or attributes or some other issue because the error displayed doesn't really tell me anything. I am using Windows 10 updated to latest updates and am using an admin account so I have all read/write/edit/whatever access to files and folders.
