I have several large documents I need to unitize and rename with an assigned bates number that's located on the bottom right hand corner.
When I run the batch the documents are out of order which results in an incorrect bates number name -- the name I assigned doesn't match the number on the document. |

Your question makes no sense whatsoever! Please try to describe your problem more intelligibly.

It takes you one month to respond rudely to my issues. Great customer service. |

If you check the date on my response you will see that it was posted just 12 hours and 40 minutes after your initial post so it appears that it has taken you 7 weeks to notice it! Also be aware that I am merely a user, like yourself and so have no obligation to provide any "customer service". Regarding your query - I cannot understand what you are asking. Your question really does not make any sense. |

Debbie Honestly, I really cannot understand your original question. If you still need an answer then try to explain it properly, as I suggested, and I will attempt to help if I can. However - as I have already said - your original questions does not make any sense to me. That is a plain statement of fact and if you consider it to be "rude" then I'm afraid that is your problem. |
