Move all files with a certain name into a certain folder within multiple folders?

I'm sorry if that title is confusing, i couldn't think of a better way to word it!
My situation is as follows... I have about 900 folders of clients, all named with a similar naming convention "Smith J 123456" and "Billy N 987654" Inside each folder is a list of 11 other folders CarePlan ContractLegal Corresp DP Provider EdEmpTr Finance ManInfo Psych RefAss RepRev Therapy And each document is named as such 20 05 22 DPEmail 19 04 21 DPAudit etc... I was wondering, when using the "Batch mode: Move" function to move, say, all DPEmail documents into the Corresp folder, within each client's folder? Any help would be great! Thank you very much. |
