Lookup name replace

Does anyone know how to create a lookup? I have a Excel sheet where column 1 has a file name and column 2 has what the updated file name needs to be changed to.
Alternatively, column 2 has the file name of column 1 plus additional file name. Meaning, a partial match on the beginning of the file name would also work. |
