without manual triage, folder renaming has a top-down problem

without manual triage, parent folders get renamed prior to child folders, so child folders get orphaned (do not get edited) - because now that the parent folder is renamed, the child folder can no longer be found to be renamed. In a hierarchy multiple subfolders deep, this causes a great deal of frustration. can the software be patched to operate on deepest folders first, then working its way up to the root? or perhaps I missed a setting.

I can manually sort the column by path, and then manually move deeper subfolders via context menu-ing to the top - and the process seems to operate top-down in the order of the preview, so no subfolder children/grand-children get orphaned.

Also, in the 'rename folders' pane, if choosing folders from 'show panel' pane, the additional dialog to include subfolders in given, where simply adding a folder from the 'add' dropdown does not afford the same extra dialog.
