Hello,
Is there a Date taken tag we can use? Instead of Date created (because the latter sometimes changes due to copy/paste, but the former always stays the same). Thanks! |

Try using Date Modified. In Windows the Created date refers to the date that this particular copy of the file was created. The Modified tag should only change if the file contents are edited. Otherwise you will need to use an ExifTool tag. However these tags vary between manufacturers so you will need to check the available tags in order to identify the one you need (select an image filename in the List and click on the ExifTool button below to see a list of available metadata tags). www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/exiftool |
