slow comand batch

hello, I have a problem when I launch the script from windows server 2012, the script from cmd starts regularly and is fast, but when it finishes it waits 2 minutes before closing the cmd .... how can I solve?
script:
"C:\Programmi\Advanced Renamer\arenc.exe" -e "C:\Programmi\Advanced Renamer\BatchMethods\taglia.aren" -t files -p C:\root\appoggio -m rename
