How to store and restore file/folder created/modified time?

Hi,

I would store and restore my 30 files and folders the modified time and created time. I would like to add it to the list, but I have not found any functions. How to do it in the GUI?

If it goes should also be supported nanoseconds, because NTFS store an accuracy of 100 nanoseconds, if not goes also no problem. The seconds are enough for me.
