TV Episode Names

Hi, can anyone tell me why now I have installed on a fresh Win 10 installation any title with a accented or foreign character produces a diamond with a ? in it. This did not happen on my old Win 10 installation. I can copy and paste episode name from TVmaze and the characters copy fine, it is just changing them via Renamer.
