Accidentally cleared my method list

I had a long method list. Several were enabled. I wanted to disable all, so I clicked clear. That was the wrong thing to do. It cleared all the methods from the list. In hopes that it didn't write those setting yet, I killed the AREN process from the task manager. But when I reopened the program all methods were still gone. Is there any way to recover the list? Thanks.
