Rename fails using EXIF and large number of files.

Hi

I am trying to rename my photos using New Name and <ExifTool:SubSecDateTimeOriginal>

This works with up to approx 450 files. With a larger number of files the preview shows "Invalid tag" in red for the first file and "Exif tool error" in orange for the remainder of the files.

Not done exact test on the number of files when it fails, but I have renamed 447 files OK but it fails on 1300 files. I have to select show files and do in small subsets of files.

Any suggestions please to get this to work on all the files?
