Adding UTF-8 support to ExifTool.

Hello,
I'm trying to rename some of my soundtracks.
But I'm having these encoding issues with Japanese titles as seen in this image:

I saw on the internet that apparently ExifTool supports UTF-8.
I hope if that's not too much of a problem if you can fix this error in a later version of the program.

Also I'm using the latest version of the program. Thanks in advance.
