Feature Request: show only files/folders that will be renamed

I often rename many thousands of files in a batch and want to double-check if the maybe 20 filenames affected by a minor change will be rename correctly. But I need to scroll through the whole list of files to find the ones affected (listed in bold). If you could add a button to show only the items that will affected/changed it would be such a time saver.
