Replace Rename Issues

Hello,

I am using the replace rename feature but getting mixed results. I have a folder structure with four numeric digits in front of each folder description, and multiple sub-folders also in the same format.

I am trying to use the replace function to change this number in all folders and sub folders. There are two issues:

1. The application seems to change the root/higher level folders first and then cant find the lower level/sub folders (As the name has changed) . Is it possible for the software to always start with the lowest level subfolders and work upwards?

2. The application is duplicating folders with the new name, rather than just renaming the existing folders. All folders have write access.

Any help would be much appriciated.
