Replace multiple numbers with letters

Hello, is there anyway of replacing several file names with letters? I tried with the REPLACE feature but I want to add the whole list, not just 1.
For example:

File names:
1234
4455
2678
2568
1346

The names I want for each file:
Persona1
Persona2
Persona3
Persona4
Persona5

So when the program meets file 4455 replace the name with Persona2.

Hi, I assume the files are in random order?

If so, Add method, use New Name:
Persona<Inc Nr:1>
