renaming files bywayof folder names

I am using this method <DirName:1> 00<Inc NrDir:1> two zero in front give me folder name three spaces then 00001 one hundred files first folder. the problem is that the second folder goes as follows folder name three spaces then 0001 and every folder after that does 0001
first folder 00001 to 00100
second folder 0001 to 0100
and repeats second folder


ok so after playing around i found out that if any folder has 100 or more files it goes as follows 00001 to 00100 but all folders that have less then 100 files it goes 0001 to 0100,

well someone should fix this, YES I KNOW ABOUT USING RENUMBER BUT THE POINT IS
that NrDir1 should not be limited to how many files are in the folder

sure sure I could be wrong just last week i was wrong 99 times out of 21
