Rename Folders mode .. Modified Date always blank...

Using the latest version, in the Rename Folders mode for any folder only the Created Date is displayed and usable. Modified and Access dates are always blank and so unusable.
This happens in Windows10 even when running Advanced Renamer with Administrator privileges.
Double Commander just for example can see and change all folders timestamp attributes not just the Created date.
Can this be fixed ?
