Hi, first question here on forum, I'm the rookie on this...

I have uploaded a lot of media files from my iPhone to my cloud storage, and then tried to rename them with this:
"<Year Created>-<Month Created>-<Day Created> <Hour Created>.<Min Created>.
(<Inc Nr:1>)"

BUT I only get today's info on all files and not the actual creation information that I can find in ex: MediaInfo and check "com.apple.quicktime.creationdate" and that's where the real creation information is stored.

HOW do I write to rename all files to its Original creation date and time?

Please guide me step by step.

THX in advance for an answer.

The Windows Date Created refers to the time that the copy of the file was created. Date Modified is more likely to be what you need. If not, then try ExifTool tags - see https://www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/exift ool

Unfortunately, edit from:
<Year Created>-<Month Created>-<Day Created> <Hour Created>.<Min Created>.
(<Inc Nr:1>)
(2022-12-06 12.25.03 (9))

to…

<Year Modified>-<Month Modified>-<Day Modified> <Hour Modified>.<Min Modified>.
(<Inc Nr:1>)
(2022-12-06 12.25.03 (9))

…gives me exactly the same information, I need to get "com.apple.quicktime.creationdate", that's actually the real creation date from Apple.
This is what MediaInfo says:

"
Encoded date : UTC 2022-12-06 11:24:42
Tagged date : UTC 2022-12-06 11:24:53
Writing library : Apple QuickTime
com.apple.quicktime.location.accuracy.ho : 43.000000
com.apple.quicktime.location.ISO6709 : +59.3618+018.0175+034.391/
com.apple.quicktime.make : Apple
com.apple.quicktime.model : iPhone 13 Pro
com.apple.quicktime.software : 16.1
com.apple.quicktime.creationdate : 2022-11-14T14:23:41+0100
"

Please help!?

And as one can see above it's the "Creation Date : 2022:11:14 14:23:41+01:00" I need to be used from Advanced Renamer, so the correct information is used...

How do I get that done, please xplain step by step.

I have and have tried everything I can in terms of "READ THE USER GUIDE!!!!" and still haven't found a solution to get output with one line of variables.

My media that needs to be covered are:
*.JPG
*.DNG (RAW file format)
*.HEIC
*.MOV

I need a line that covers the above and gives me the correct creation date and time as this:
Ex: "2022-12-07 06.23.10"

But what ever I use, I can't set up any line that covers all these and get the output format I need.

At this time I need to use different setups of line to even get close to get it right, and also go in manualy to edit output to look ok after. :(

I Currently use all theese:

For JPG (from iOS):
"<Img Year>-<Img Month>-<Img Day> <Img Hour>.<Img Min>.<Img Sec> (<Inc Nr:1>)"
Outputs ex: 2022-12-07 06.23.10

For HEIC and MOV (from iOS)
"<ExifTool:CreateDate> (<Inc Nr:1>)"
Outputs ex: 2022_12_07 05_23_43 (3).MOV

But I need One line that fetches the creation date for all and outputs as this ex:
Ex: "2022-12-07 05.23.10"
