Disabling video analysis seems not to work

Hello, I use AR v3.88 and I would like to disable the video analysis when importing .mp4 files,

So I checked in the preferences 'Don't analyse video metadata':

But then after import, it start to analyse the files :

And in my case it makes the program stuck for a very long time.
So it seems this feature is broken. Anyone also reported this?
