Bulk File rename with Folder name

Have hundreds of folders with files in them.
D:\Documents\Project001\FolderA FileA.txt FileB.txt FileC.txt D:\Documents\Project001\FolderB FileA.txt FileB.txt FileC.txt .... Would like to have all files inside each folder to "start" with the filder name: D:\Documents\Project001\FolderA FodlerA-FileA.txt FodlerA-FileB.txt FodlerA-FileC.txt D:\Documents\Project001\FodlerB- FodlerB-FileA.txt FodlerB-FileB.txt FodlerB-FileC.txt Any ideas?
