Locate duplicates in filenames FILENAME (TEXT) (TEXT)

Hello there, I am looking for a regex that can check the content of a filename and remove any duplicates found starting and ending in brackets. For example, FILENAME (SAME) (SAME) (SAME) or FILENAME (SAME) (SAME) should finish as FILENAME (SAME) removing all additional duplicate words in brackets.
