rename multi folder's file

hi
i select multiple folders and rename files with folder wise like.
folder1 = abc.png, dsd.png, image.png.
folder2 = xyz.png, lsd.png, vid.png.

to



folder1 = image1.png , image2.png , image3.png
folder2 = image1.png , image2.png , image3.png
folder3 = image1.png , image2.png , image3.png

just like that kindly tell me how can i do

I would use a "new name" with "image" and <incrementing number>. You don't really want the output to be different files with the same name do you? I don't know how you could make the program give different files the same name...
