Rename images in folder from one part number to another

Hi!

I have a folder with image files named with the supplier's part numbers, which I want to rename to my own part numbers. I was recommended this software and heard that one can use Excel/CSV for renaming. I have tried to find suitable guides and posts here in the forum but can't find the ones relevant for me. Can someone help me please?

There are two ways of renaming using CSV. One is for when the CSV file contains the old name and the new name. The other is for when the CSV contains the old name and some additional data you want to use for creating a new name for the file.
