Need HELP for an Rename Java Script :)

I have many Files like this:

hello.23.12.13.my.name.is.helpless
hello.23.12.14.my.name.is.helpless
hey.23.11.25.my.name.is.helpless

I Want a Java Script that can help, make me all files like this:

hello.my.name.is.helpless.(13.12.2023)

Bring the Date "23.12.23" from the middle to the end in this kind "(13.12.2023)"

Or even better and my final wish would be, that every different file can look like this after rename process:

Hello - My Name Is Helpless (13.12.2023)
Hello - My Name Is Helpless (14.12.2023)
Hey - My Name Is Helpless (25.11.2023)

I try all Rules and Functions from Renamer and end up like this already:

Hello - (13.12.2023) My Name Is Helpless
How can i bring the Date to the end like this: Hello - My Name Is Helpless (13.12.2023)

Starting from"Hello - (13.12.2023) My Name Is Helpless" you can move the date.
Move:

Move from: -
Move count: 13
Move to: 260

Move from is a hyphen.
Move count is the sum of the characters (numbers, the dots and the parentheses plus the space before the parentheses).
The amount of "move to" depends on the number of characters in the name. 260 is the maximun number of charaters in Windows. With a high quantity we are sure that all will go well.
