The "New Filename" column disappeared

The column was there. I was trying to debug a script. At some point the column disappeared leaving me with only Filename, Error and Path. I right-clicked the menu and was able to add and remove other columns. It shows "New Filename" as selected but unchecking and rechecking it does nothing. I am running version 3.92.

I think it is a bug but figured out how to get the column label back. I had tried resizing each of the columns to see if "New Filename" was hidden but did not see anything. I clicked on "Fit Columns" and it reappeared. When I was messing with adding and removing columns I did get some error about an index that popped up but can't remember the exact message.

There is a bug that allows a column to be sized to 0 pixels width. Resizing the column through the customize columns window will fix the problem. I am working on a more permanent fix.
