Dates getting retreived incorrectly from filename

Hi, I am trying to replace the created date and time of files with the filename timestamp pattern <Year><Month><Day><Hour><Min><Sec>. The names of the files all begin with dates in the format YYYYMMDDHHMMSS. The same exact task on the same version used to work fine, but now the timestamp gets retrieved incorrectly (I have updated to 3.92).

For example, a filename that begins with 20110917000000 gets the error "Invalid timestamp: '201-1-0 9:1:7.647' is not a valid date and time".
