EXIF/IPTC encoding UTF-8

Exif and IPTC tags in my JPG files are encoded in UTF-8. If I want to use Advanced Renamer to create a new title that contains text from Exif or IPTC, I get unreadable titles. Is it possible to enable support for UTF-8 in Advanced Renamer?
