Turn off dark mode?

Hi! I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but is there a way to turn off dark mode in 3.95? I can't seem to find the setting for it, but the white grid against dark grey hurts my old lady eyes

It's in Options / Settings / Program / Color Mode.

Your choices are Auto / Dark / Light.
