Can you use more words to describe the problem? How do you experience the batch method not working? Do you get an error message or are the results different from expected results? How are the methods configured? |

Hi!
I'm having the same problem, perhaps I can add more info on this Basically, on batch replacement, some video properties that require data from ExifTool are empty (the ones I tested at least) For example, I'm doing some operations with the "item.VideoFrameRate" and it's currently empty, if I go to the file info using ExifTool I can see the values there. Maybe I'm using it wrong now?! But the truth is that the old "item.videoFrameRate" on V3.95.X versions worked like a charm. Hoping for some feedback :) PS: I'm running the 4.03 Portable PS2: I just noticed that my post is slightly different from the original one since my ExifTool info file actually works, it is just some info on the batch that is not being retrieved, sorry! Also, 4.02 Portable didn't solve my issue |

Some tags might have changed. Also how some tags are interpreted might also have changed. That is why this is a major version upgrade. I might not be backwards compatible. I suggest to find the value you need on the item details panel, select it and click the copy tag button. That way you can insert the tag representing the value in any method. |
