Change Output Folder

Hello again,

So it seems that I have to change the Output Folder every time I use that function, otherwise it defaults to a location I set ages ago.

I've actually completely uninstalled AdvancedRenamer, deleted the Hulubulu folder in my 'user profile' settings, and I STILL can stop it defaulting to that old folder!

Where on earth is it storing that setting?

Still using 3.87 btw

Hi Kath,

Sorry, I pulled out my old 3.88 portable and tried to find anything useful, but it was a washout. Hopefully Kim will stop by soon and clear up the mystery. :) Or, if you haven't already, you could drop him an email at support; might be quicker.

Well I would, but a) I dont have his email address, and b) I haven't paid for the software so I doubt i'd get a response!

Aha! Had a brainstorm straight after my reply to you, look as though the setting is stored in my 'aren' templates, so when I apply one, it must override whatever i've set manually in the folder box.

Problem solved!
