Advanced renamer caused software crash

On my computer Win7 64bit there is photo software installed called "Hema albumsoftware" (http://www.albumprintservice.nl/downloadsoftwar e/).
After installing advanced renamer this software crashes, and after uninstalling Advanced Renamer the software still crashes. Recovering earlier version Win7 with "recovery point" also doesn't solve the problem. |

I think it is a coincidence. Advanced Renamer only copies files into its own folder. That is also the reason why there is a portable version of Advanced Renamer. Have you tried reinstalling Hema Albumsoftware? |

Yes I have reinstalled the software (after deleting everything) but still have the problem. I have installed new win7 and a lot of other software, everytime I installed software I tested de hema software and keeps on working until Advance Renamer is installed. |

Hello Again,You are right the Advanced Renamer doesn't causes the crash. I have installed Win7 again and installed Hema software only with Advance Renamer and it works normal. I' am wondering now what program it makes it crash. Thanx any way for the help |

I am happy to hear that Advanced Renamer wasn't the problem. What program or action that makes Hema not work can be hard to find out. |
