Command line and semi-colon in filename

Hello!

Is there a way to use the command line, like "arenc.ex -f file1.txt;fileA;B.txt;file2.txt", with a file that contains a semi-colon? Like "fileA;B.txt" here?

Tried putting quotes around each filename, but it's not working...
