Feature request - Suggestion - New toolbar ?

How about a adding an option to configure/add the toolbar above the right window panel.

A [new] toolbar, user defined, below the one with
[Add-List-Customize Columns-Thumbnails-Name collision Rule:]

The new toolbar to contain a number of items that is currently available in the context menu, like:
[X] Mark/Unmark Selected (when tagged it is marked, when not tagged it is unmarked)
[X] Mark/Unmark All
[X] Inverse marks
[Add...] [Remove...]

and a drop down of what is stored as available patterns

Have tried to work this out a little, it would be something like this (see screenshot)

It is 1 click less and also
