Case conversion

Hi,
i would like to convert

01 - What He Gonna Say
in
01 - What he gonna say

isuppose i have to use " Set pattern to upper case" ? but how ?
I just want to have the first letter in upper case (always in the 6th position)

just add 2 rules "New case" :

First rule :
check "lower case"

Second rule :
type " - ." without quotes in the field "Set pattern to upper case"
and check "Use regular expression"
