is it possible to do this.....

i have like 500 folders that i want to batch rename each with with different names.
example:

New folder (1)
New folder (2)
New folder (3)

i want to rename the folders:

stone
water
paper

etc...

so basically i want to be able to copy and paste a large list of file names from a notepad document and apply them to each folder in a batch process.

I cant figure out how to do it or if its even possible...

Anyone know if i can do this?
