Creating a Script?

I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with a task that may take a script I'm not sure.

I want to rename a series of filenames that I use frequently that use non standard case.
I can't capitalize all the words and I can't lowercase or uppercase them either it is a matter of some lower and some upper in each case such as website names etc.

Currently I am accomplishing this by using 50 or more individual methods in a batch and it's even worse for some other tasks I use AR for.

I thought if there was a way I could define the unique filenames in a separate text file and call on the information in the file I could do it from a single method which would make things so much cleaner and once I learned to do this there are so many other instances where this would be extremely useful to me.

Also could you tell me if it is the case that you can use ONLY the script method by itself or can I use a script method as well as many other methods in the same batch for the same group of files at the same time.

I'm pretty sure the scripting help page (http://www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/examp le_scripting) says you can only use a script by itself which would be very disappointing since I could always use 2 different batches if I have to do it in 2 steps anyway.

"Add the Script method to the method panel. Make sure this is the only method in the panel."
I think that's what this is saying.
