How can I replace hyphens with hhmmss?

Hello everyone. I just need to replace a couple of hyphens when I get a file name using <ExifTool:FileModifyDate>.

In example today's date would be
2016-11-28 08-01-02-03

I want to get
2016-11-28 08h01m02s03ss

I am doing this to rename .cr2 files. I did not have any problems renaming jpegs.
