Import for rename with a list

I use the import method in order to rename some files based on a csv list. In this list I have the file name and the new file name. I specify the folder with the files I need to rename. I see the list of my file name + the new file name + the path of the file (as needed). I start the batch and check my files but that's don't match with the list I had...
