Consulting

Hi,
Anyone want to make a little consulting money to talk me through this? It's quite complex. We are smart folks and LOVE the idea BUT they made it far too complex for us. We can't figure it out- YES what we need is REALLY simple.
We just need to take about 40 files with names and give them other names and repeat the process again and again.
example
TEST 01
TEST 02
TEST 03 becomes SPOT 01, SPOT 02, SPOT 03 etc.
simple BUT we can't figure it out.
