Any way to only include files that meet pattern?

I've been using this tool and plan to register soon. It's a rare day that I don't use this app for something!

I do have one question/feature request though. When adding folders/subfolders to the list, is there a way to only include files that meet the change pattern I'm using? Or, once all the files are added, to remove those files that don't meet the pattern?

I like to look over the files that are going to be changed and sometimes there are hundreds, or even thousands of files in the list, and only a few that meet the change criteria. It would be great it I could make my list smaller by only having those files in the list that meet my change criteria in the first place. Barring that, it would help if there was a column with an indicator showing which files were going to be changed and which weren't that I could possibly sort by.

I've quickly learned that this is a very powerful tool, so I'm sure there's a way to do what I want. I'm just missing it.
