AR doesn't remember window size

Everytime Advanced Renamer starts up, it opens in a Normal window. I want it to open maximized, but there's no apparent way to do it. If I minimize it by clicking on the label on taskbar and then click again, only then it gets actually maximized. I have even tried making a shortcut for the .exe file and changed the properties of the shortcut but to no avail.

Can this behavior/bug please be fixed?
