I am trying to add files to Renamer directly from my iPhone which is being accessed through explorer as a storage device. However, I get a file not found error when I do this.
It works fine if I copy the files from the iPhone to a local PC directory. But doing so kills the create date on video files which is what I'm trying to preserve in the renaming process Thanks |

I don't know how Windows integrates with an iPhone but it is a connected as a normal USB hard drive it should work just fine. Can you try to download the latest beta version 3.5 and try if it works as expected with that version? You can download the portable version and extract it to a folder of your choosing without conflicting with your existing installation of AR. |

Reply to #2: Hi Kim - thanks for your message. It turns out that using the "Date Modified" information provided the right date. So I was able to work around the issue by moving the files first and then renaming.
I'll try your suggestion on my next batch and let you know Thanks |
